Dave Hermanson Sr. (Principal)
A seasoned pipeliner with more than 40 years of experience in the field, Dave has been involved in every major pipeline in Canada in the last decade. Work history includes large diameter cross country pipeline projects, major oil and gas facilities and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Dave Hermanson has been the driving force behind Pipestone for a decade and he has been a vocal advocate for the entire energy industry in Canada and North America throughout the ups and downs of the last 10 years.
Jon Carey
For over a decade, Jon has been deeply entrenched in the energy sector, finding immense satisfaction in its dynamic nature and the continual learning it demands. Throughout his journey, he has taken on diverse roles spanning pipeline management, facility construction, fabrication, access solutions, as well as contributing to drilling and completions projects. This multifaceted experience has not only broadened his expertise but also reinforced his appreciation for the critical role the energy sector plays in shaping various aspects of people's lives.
Marie Hermanson
A multi-skilled Pipeline expert, Marie is a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with almost a decade of technical writing and supporting Pipestone Projects' development of internal process, high-quality standards and procedure templates. Continuing to support client business needs for a number of years in a dedicated estimating role, Marie specializes in pipeline construction and integrity projects.
Priscilla Brown
With a Bachelor of Management and the most updated and highest standard accounting certifications, Priscilla is very conversant with all areas of project accounting, financial accounting and project controls.
Throughout her 20 years in oil & gas she has proven her ability to foster highly cooperative relationships with diverse groups of people. Furthermore, she has helped Pipestone Projects implementing cost control systems and tools which allow estimation costs and related plans to be defensible and successful up to the highest industrial standards.
Geoff Cano
Geoff holds a BA in Literature and has more than 10 years of proven experience with upstream, midstream, energy consultancy and engineering companies, primarily in corporate strategy, project management and risk analysis capacities.
Geoff has solid skills in communications and computer programming for risk analysis and project controls and extensive experience working on all sides of major energy infrastructure projects, representing owners, potential developers, third party engineering firms and construction contractors.
Giulio Galleri
Designated Project Management Professional (PMP®) and educated with an M.B.A. and an LL.M., Giulio has held senior and executive roles on major energy, construction and mining exploration projects in North America, Europe, Asia and Middle East, and Africa over the last 15 years.
Giulio focuses on management of companies and joint ventures, corporate development and organizational growth, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and business development, project management, contract negotiations and execution, Government relations, crisis and media management, local and indigenous relations, and negotiations.
Rob Gosselin
With more than 30 years of Information Technology experience, including 12 years in the EPC industry with major and well reputed engineering firms Canada, Rob is one of the strongest project estimators in Western Canada.
Rob masters the main estimation tools, processes, and software. As a disciplined problem solver with a customer focus and attention to detail, he has contributed to the development of accurate
pipeline construction cost estimates on schedule and within budget.
Luca Graziani
With around 20 years of international experience in the oil & gas industry, Luca has spent the last 10 years of his career on major Canadian pipeline projects.
Luca has extensive experience in the following office and in-field areas: Occupational Health & Safety, QAQC/Dimensional Control, Surveying & Construction Projects, Project Engineering, Crew Leadership, Project Procurement & Scheduling, Commissioning Activities, Budget Management and Project Document Control.
Dustan Grass
Educated with a Degree in Business Operations, Dustan is a solid scheduler on small and large multi-discipline oil & gas construction projects, including tailings lines, tank farms and SAGD well pad flowlines and facilities.
Extensively trained on scheduling tools and software, Dustan’s strength is to liaise between multiple departments, contractors and individuals to ensure accurate data is gathered and disseminated to ensure up to date project information and data consistency on complex projects for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Ken Hermanson
Ken is a well-rounded pipeline and facilities construction planner, scheduler and project controller with more than 20 years of experience in the industry as well as 10 years of direct experience working for various owners, engineering firms and constructions companies in Western Canada.
Grown up in the energy environment in Alberta, Ken has gained significant international experience on different businesses and is fluent in a number of languages.
Bryan Peck
Bryan is Pipestone Project’s General Manager and a Sr. Project Manager. Bryan holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and started his career as Field Engineer specializing in vibration analysis of rotating equipment. Bryan pivoted to project management role for ConocoPhillips Canada in Calgary where he was involved in numerous small to medium pipeline and facility natural gas projects, as well as mentoring Engineers in Training.
Konstantin Sukhin
Konstantin – a Mechanical Engineer with a PMP accreditation – is a young talent of great patience and resources, who feels open to the unknown and new challenges.
Trained on estimating and scheduling processes and tools, Konstantin comes from diversified experiences in Oil & Gas, QA/QC Inspections and Project Management roles. He is well conversant with a number of professional software and fluent in a number of languages.
